Microsoft Teams: Citations for Copilot in Teams meetings available on mobile
Now available on mobile, Copilot in Teams responses have a citation number at the end of each Copilot statement that provides detail on the meeting artifact or source that Copilot used to generate the response, like the meeting transcript. Users can select the citation to see which speaker the citation is attributed to, the exact quote from the transcript, as well as the time stamp of the quote in the transcript. Selecting a reference number will open a transcript viewer that displays the source of the response.

Built with privacy by design, usernames are pseudonymized by default, role-based access controls are built in, investigators are opted in by an admin, and audit logs are in place to help ensure user-level privacy.

Microsoft Purview compliance portal: Insider Risk Management - Enhancements to app and risky browsing activity evidence
This update provides two enhancements to app and risky browsing activities that may lead to a data security incident in forensic evidence. Admins with appropriate permissions will no longer need to enable browsing indicators from the insider risk settings page to gain visual insights of these activities. In addition, the feature has been updated with more precise detection when users switch between tabs and windows. This results in more reliable visual evidence insights when context is switched in the browser. Microsoft Purview Insider Risk Management correlates various signals to identify potential malicious or inadvertent insider risks, such as IP theft, data leakage, and security violations. Insider Risk Management enables customers to create policies based on their own internal policies, governance, and organizational requirements. Built with privacy by design, users are pseudonymized by default, and role-based access controls and audit logs are in place to help ensure user-level privacy. Microsoft Teams: Citations for Copilot in Teams meetings available on mobile
Now available on mobile, Copilot in Teams responses have a citation number at the end of each Copilot statement that provides detail on the meeting artifact or source that Copilot used to generate the response, like the meeting transcript. Users can select the citation to see which speaker the citation is attributed to, the exact quote from the transcript, as well as the time stamp of the quote in the transcript. Selecting a reference number will open a transcript viewer that displays the source of the response.

We've integrated Walkie Talkie in Teams with the dedicated push-to-talk (PTT) button on specialized headsets to instantly brings up walkie talkie for clear and secure voice communication. In addition to select specialized headsets, Walkie Talkie in Teams will now work with any generic wired (USB-C and 3.5mm) headsets on Android. As long as the generic headsets have a control button to play/pause or to accept/decline calls, frontline workers can tap the button to start and stop transmissions on Walkie Talkie.

Leveraging Azure Cognitive Services, messages already matching policy conditions will be categorized in “positive,” “negative,” or “neutral” sentiment, giving policy investigators more context to prioritize potentially riskier messages to address first. Microsoft Purview Communication Compliance provides the tools to help organizations detect regulatory compliance violations (e.g. SEC or FINRA), such as sensitive or confidential information, harassing or threatening language, and sharing of adult content. A new reports page will be available in Insider Risk Management. The three charts available on the alerts page -- including total alerts that need review, average time to resolve alerts, and alerts summary -- will be moving to the new reports page. Microsoft Purview Insider Risk Management correlates various signals to identify potential malicious or inadvertent insider risks, such as IP theft, data leakage, and security violations. Insider Risk Management enables customers to create policies based on their own internal policies, governance, and organizational requirements. Microsoft Viva: Viva Goals—Goal Customization at Team Level
This feature extends the Goals Terminology Customization capabilities to the team level. Now, team admins can use custom terminology to match their team's Goal nomenclature and structure. This feature no longer has a target delivery date and is being removed from the roadmap at this time.

Microsoft Teams: Teams devices dashboard for device analytics providing health and usage metrics
We are not releasing this feature at this time and apologize for any inconvenience. Health and usage insights surfaced on a dashboard for Teams devices being managed through the Teams admin center including the ability to export and auto share the insights and set alerts on key metrics to be notified when attention is required.
