Microsoft Purview compliance portal: Insider Risk Management- Alert Spotlighting
On the alert list page, high priority alerts will be spotlighted to help analysts prioritize the most important alerts first. Alerts are spotlighted based on predefined rules which are common across all tenants across all industries. Alert Spotlighting feature was developed to assist admins in prioritizing alerts to be triaged. Every generated alert has a risk score, a list of activities performed, tags, and triggers. The Alert Spotlighting feature uses this information to decide whether an alert can be spotlighted. Based on a detailed study of alert triage patterns across tenants, we have developed a rule-based algorithm to spotlight alerts that would be of importance to admins, based on historical volume analysis. Microsoft Purview Insider Risk Management correlates various signals to identify potential malicious or inadvertent insider risks, such as IP theft, data leakage, and security violations. Insider Risk Management enables customers to create policies based on their own internal policies, governance, and organizational requirements. Built with privacy by design, users are pseudonymized by default, and role-based access controls and audit logs are in place to help ensure user-level privacy.Feature ID: 409967

Microsoft Purview compliance portal: Insider Risk Management- Alert Spotlighting
On the alert list page, high priority alerts will be spotlighted to help analysts prioritize the most important alerts first. Alerts are spotlighted based on predefined rules which are common across all tenants across all industries. Alert Spotlighting feature was developed to assist admins in prioritizing alerts to be triaged. Every generated alert has a risk score, a list of activities performed, tags, and triggers. The Alert Spotlighting feature uses this information to decide whether an alert can be spotlighted. Based on a detailed study of alert triage patterns across tenants, we have developed a rule-based algorithm to spotlight alerts that would be of importance to admins, based on historical volume analysis. Microsoft Purview Insider Risk Management correlates various signals to identify potential malicious or inadvertent insider risks, such as IP theft, data leakage, and security violations. Insider Risk Management enables customers to create policies based on their own internal policies, governance, and organizational requirements. Built with privacy by design, users are pseudonymized by default, and role-based access controls and audit logs are in place to help ensure user-level privacy.Feature ID: 409967

We are improving how suggested times are shown when scheduling a meeting. We are removing the automatically shown suggested times and instead you will need to enable a switch - Find a time - if you want to see suggested times. If you enable the toggle, the new availability view on time suggestion tiles will make it easier to find a suitable time with more clarity on everyone's availability. Microsoft Purview compliance portal: Insider Risk Management - Policy wizard enhancements

To enhance the user experience for editing and creating policies, we will be making improvements to the Trigger, Trigger threshold, Indicator threshold, and Summary pages of the policy wizard. Microsoft Purview Insider Risk Management correlates various signals to identify potential malicious or inadvertent insider risks, such as IP theft, data leakage, and security violations. Insider Risk Management enables customers to create policies based on their own internal policies, governance, and organizational requirements. Built with privacy by design, users are pseudonymized by default, and role-based access controls and audit logs are in place to help ensure user-level privacy.Feature ID: 368825

Microsoft Purview compliance portal: Insider Risk Management - Adaptive Protection - Enhancements to insider risk level settings

With this new feature, an admin can choose whether they want to expire the Adaptive Protection insider risk level. Today, this expiration happens automatically, but you can now choose to keep the Adaptive Protection insider risk level for a user, even if their alert is dismissed or case is closed. Microsoft Teams: Digital signage on Teams Rooms on Windows
Users can view dynamic, engaging, and relevant content on the Teams Rooms front-of-room display when the device is not in use. Admins can remotely configure tenant-wide and room-specific digital signage settings at scale from Teams Rooms Pro Management. Integrations with selected third-party digital signage providers and content management systems are supported, initial partners are Appspace and XOGO.
