We are adding two additional pre-configured quick policy templates for crown jewel protection and email exfiltration for admins that want to deploy scenario specific policy templates with little configurations needed to get started faster. These templates are in addition to the existing data leak and data theft quick policies. All 4 scenario based quick policies can be found in the Policies page> Create Policies. Additional tuning post deployment to meet individual alert volume needs can be expected. Microsoft Purview Insider Risk Management correlates various signals to identify potential malicious or inadvertent insider risks, such as IP theft, data leakage, and security violations. Insider Risk Management enables customers to create policies based on their own internal policies, governance, and organizational requirements. Microsoft Purview compliance portal: Insider Risk Management - Granular exclusion
Granular exclusion allows admins to adjust and fine tune indicators according to organizational preferences to help tailor the detection of risks that may lead to a potential security incident. For example, admins can configure the indicator “sending email with attachments to recipients outside the organization” to only detect emails sent to personal domains (e.g. outlook.com). In that way, admins can reduce the number of false positives. Microsoft Purview Insider Risk Management correlates various signals to identify potential malicious or inadvertent insider risks, such as IP theft, data leakage, and security violations. Insider Risk Management enables customers to create policies to manage security and compliance. Built with privacy by design, users are pseudonymized by default, and role-based access controls and audit logs are in place to help ensure user-level privacy.Feature ID: 389842

We are adding two additional pre-configured quick policy templates for crown jewel protection and email exfiltration for admins that want to deploy scenario specific policy templates with little configurations needed to get started faster. Additional tuning post deployment to meet individual alert volume needs can be expected. Using people count information, the room video tile is dynamically re-sized in Gallery view. If there is only one user in the room, the video tile will be the same size as the remote participant tile. If there is more than one user in the room, the room video tile will be 4x the size of the remote participant tile. Admins will be available to turn on/off the people count capability.The room video tile dynamically adjusts size based on the number of people in the room. When one person is in the room, the tile matches the remote participant's size. With two or more people, the room tile expands to be four times larger. Outlook: Add an account to Outlook mobile using a QR code
Microsoft is simplifying how users can add their Microsoft 365 for work or school accounts to Outlook mobile by allowing them to use a QR code instead of typing their username and password. This experience will roll out first to Outlook on the web. From there, users will see a new button in Help labeled “Outlook mobile." Once they click it, a QR code will appear. Users can scan the QR code from within Outlook mobile following the steps for "Add account" to add their account without the need to type their usernames and passwords.Microsoft is simplifying how users can add their Microsoft 365 for work or school accounts to Outlook mobile by allowing them to use a QR code instead of typing their username and password. With this in-product feature support, end users and admins will be able to add other groups as member of a Dynamic Microsoft 365 Group by using the memberOf property. In the preview, users will be able to create these GDM a.k.a nested groups from Azure Portal & Group Card and they can be accessed & used like any other Dynamic Microsoft 365 Group across apps like Teams, Outlook & SharePoint.
